Amy Dushuttle, Harry's Regional Director
Amy grew up in Connecticut, Kansas and Virginia, before moving to Rhode Island in her late teens. Her introduction into the restaurant business was a family owned Asian restaurant in Mechanicsville, Virginia and she was taught about the importance of family in the industry, both blood family and found family. In 2009, Amy moved to Warwick with her parents and attended CCRI College. While in school, she worked full time in restaurants working her way up from a server to a role in management.
Although art has always been a big part of her life, Amy knew she did not want to pursue it as a career. She focused on working toward a future that allowed her to work in the hospitality industry and most importantly, directly with food and people.
In 2014, Amy joined Chow Fun Food Group as the restaurant manager in the Atwells Ave location of Harry's Bar & Burger, fondly called, HOTH (Harry’s on the Hill). Less than a year later, she became General Manager of that location and ran the most successful restaurant in the company. After 2 years of working at Harry's Bar & Burger, Amy was promoted to General Manager of Luxe Burger Bar and shortly after that, she was presented with the opportunity to help open the third location of Harry’s Bar & Burger in Lincoln, RI.
In the fall of 2017, Amy was promoted to Regional Director of Harry’s Bar & Burger. Amy is now responsible for all four locations and her responsibilities include the quality, consistency and development of the overall Harry’s brand.
In 2017, Amy was honored to receive “Star of the Industry” from RI Hospitality. Currently, Amy resides in Pawtucket, RI with her husband Jacob, who is a chef, and their cat Dixon.
