Josh Vivenzio, Regional Director
Originally growing up in Syracuse, New York, Josh had a passion for two things: hockey and food. In 2013, Josh moved to Rhode Island and pursued his love of food by attending Johnson & Wales University and graduated with a degree in Restaurant Food & Beverage Management. While in school, Josh honed in on his cooking skills by working in different restaurant environments from fast food to fine dining; developing his culinary talents further.
In 2015, Josh joined Chow Fun Food Group as a line cook at Harry's Bar & Burger on the Hill, where he learned the culture and structure of the Harry’s concept. After only a few months with the company, Josh began working at the award winning Ten Prime Steak & Sushi learning all aspects of the kitchen from Garde Manger to Grill to the Sushi Bar. Josh was then named Kitchen Manager of Harry's Bar & Burger in Lincoln, where he could further develop his managerial skills in scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
Josh was promoted in the fall of 2017 and now serves as Regional Director of Harry's Bar & Burger, where he is responsible for the quality, consistency, and development of the back of the house operations in all four Harry's locations. Josh currently resides in Pawtucket, RI.
