My belief is that life is too short to eat lousy food. This is especially true with hamburgers. Americans eat 100 hamburgers each on average per year. How many of these are memorable?
Beef.
We use only purebred certified Hereford Beef. It’s proudly the tenderest, juicy & flavorful beef flavor possible, probably closer to a steak than a burger!
Buns.
We use exclusively Martin’s Famous potato rolls from the heart of Pennsylvania’s Dutch country, first developed back in the 1950’s by Lois & Lloyd Martin.
Cheese.
We use Land O'Lakes American cheese. This natural cheese is made from pure, wholesome milk loaded with nutrition and flavor.
Salt.
We only use pure sea salt to season all of our burgers; we go through great lengths for the best meat, so why not use the best salt?
No Crap on Tap.
A beer revolution is upon us. We are serving only high quality, small production, and local craft beers on draft, as well as a large selection of small brewery bottled beers.
Hand Scooped Shakes.
Vanilla bean ice cream from a local dairy, hand scooped for the most delicious shakes!
Nice Fries.
Our fries are made from Prince Edward Island potatoes, fried in pure vegetable oil, trans fat free, and sprinkled with pure sea salt & Worcestershire pepper.
